I feel my heart beating, beating right out of my chest, the world it's spinning, I've gone into distress, my eyes have fogged, and perhaps blinded with tears, panic all throughout me, and yet no one hears.

Life is a movie, I rather dislike the outtakes, The scenes no one sees, The director's cut. They don't see my emotional episodes, Be it anger, depression, or hyper, They see only what they want to see. The perfect stressed out intelligent student, And nothing ever more.

I had recently been in a dark place and couldn't get myself out of it. This evening when I came home from a relative's I found an envelope on the table from the college I applied to. I got accepted and it was rather thrilling. I had almost given up and then this light came. I'm extremely lucky and for now my dark thoughts have scurried away, hopefully it stays that way. Sorry, I was too excited to not share this with anyone that stumbles upon here.
